The blood drive was held in honor of David Greeley, a third-grader who is undergoing rehabilitation at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore after being struck by a car in August. David’s left leg had to be amputated at mid-shin. He also suffered a skull fracture, facial fractures, a broken left arm and an open fracture below his right knee.
