Email Story: Berkeley County goes forward on building repairs
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - The Berkeley County Commission on Thursday moved forward with a plan to use the proceeds of a $1.5 million bond issue to finish air-handling system upgrades and roof replacement work at the Dunn Building, which houses most of the county's administrative offices.
