Jo Remsburg Grimm, 86, of 1134 Luther Drive, and formerly of West Irvin Avenue, Hagerstown, Md., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at her home.

Born Sunday, Oct., 21, 1923, in Chewsville, Md., she was the daughter of the late Ernest Ellsworth Remsburg and the late Annette M. Sener Remsburg.

She was a graduate of Hagerstown High School and Hagerstown Business College. She was employed with Fairchild Aircraft, and later with First National Bank, retiring in 1974.

Jo was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary and the Ladies of the Elks.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Grady Martin Grimm.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Martin Grimm, in 1992.

Services will be held Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Robison officiating.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20.

Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
