FALLING WATERS, W.Va. - Jeffrey C. Malott, 47, of Falling Waters, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at his residence.
Born Dec. 6, 1961, in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of Philip G. Malott and Mary C. Stilwell Malott of Falling Waters.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arlie (Esther) Stilwell and David (Emma) Malott and Aunt Norma Nicklin.
Jeffrey graduated in 1980 from Hedgesville (W.Va.) High School and James Rumsey Vo-Tech. He attended Independent Bible Church for many years and it was there he accepted Christ as his Savior. He was the owner/operator of Jeff's Repair Shop for 26 years.
He will be sadly missed by his parents; two brothers, Rodney (Roya Kim) Malott and Eric (Kim) Malott, both of Falling Waters; two nieces, Ashley and Carly Malott; and special members of the family, Uncle Robert and Aunt Betty Stilwell; Aunt Berdenia Hastings; and Uncle Ward Nicklin; and many cousins and friends.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009, at Rosedale Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, at Rosedale Funeral Home with Pastors Mark Johnson and Curt Lowery officiating.
Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Independent Bible Church, 2306 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg, WV 25403.
