  PUBLIC HEARING

  NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Mayor and City Council for the City of Hagerstown at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, Hagerstown, Maryland, on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. The purpose of public hearing is to consider Phase III of the comprehensive rezoning of the City. The proposed rezonings encompass specific properties generally located in the area on the west side of Hagerstown. Interested citizens are invited to attend and comment.
